  • Restoration / Build Guidelines
  • GUIDELINES:
  • • THANK YOU for allowing us to restore / build your vehicle. We appreciate your business GREATLY.
  • • These restoration / build guidelines help you understand our truly unique process and system.
  • • PLEASE work with us to ensure that you receive the best possible restoration / build possible.
  • • Your complete and total satisfaction is our ONLY objective. Your dream. Our Passion. Done RIGHT!
  • • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason including during the project.

  • OUR PROCESS:
  • • You complete New Customer Info Sheet and sign Restoration / Build Guidelines and Work Authorization.
  • • Together we fill out the Restoration / Build Questionnaire and create a project plan or Build Sheet.
  • • We use that information to create a ballpark WRITTEN ESTIMATE of your restoration / build project.
  • • If you accept and approve the estimate we proceed on a time and materials PAY-AS-YOU-GO basis.
  • • You fill out, accept and sign our Restoration / Build Services Agreement or RSA/BSA, when required.
  • • You fill out, accept and sign our Credit Card Authorization Form for WEEKLY BILLING or Total Due upon the Third
  • • Weekly Invoice Past Due and Unpaid. Credit card / Intuit charges will lose 3% cash discount.
  • • We require ZERO deposit or down payment. Your vehicle and credit card on file are your deposit.
  • • Builds are parts plus any royalties (usually half) down. Large parts such as engines require pre-payment.
  • • LARGE restorations require $10,000 refundable deposit in escrow in case third week credit card declines.
  • • We can arrange for pick up, transportation, and delivery of your vehicle at our sole discretion.
  • • All vehicles are photographed, documented, and insured as is, including parts, funds and royalties.
  • • All vehicles are disassembled, cleaned and/or media blasted ideally to bare metal as needed / requested.
  • • We only use highest quality parts, especially sheet metal and replace along factory lines and specs.
  • • We work and bill projects on a Time and Material PAY-AS-YOU-GO basis, WEEKLY. We only charge $95 per labor hour
  • • PLUS parts, materials, supplies and sublet on restoration, build, and mechanical projects.
  • • Includes staff time for project/parts mgmt as needed, minimum half hour increments on all labor times.
  • • Parts, materials, supplies and sublet work are charged at our cost plus only 30%. Usually wholesale plus.
  • • WE SHARE ALL OUR RECEIPTS. YOU SEE ALL OUR COSTS. NO ONE ELSE DOES THIS.
  • • No shop is more open, honest, transparent and fair with their restoration / build process and invoicing.
  • • WEEKLY Invoices are due upon receipt. Checks preferred. Credit cards / Intuit will lose 3% cash discount.
  • • Projects more than two invoices behind, upon third invoicing, will be placed on HOLD until PAID IN FULL.
  • • Please pre-arrange shop visits. Excessive visits and/or visit lengths may result in staff labor charges.
  • • Sublet (third-party) work will be done by select vendor of our choice as needed, media blasting, etc.

  • BE ADVISED:
  • • Estimates of time and cost will NOT be correct due to the nature of the restoration / build process.
  • • No projects are alike therefore ALL projects are essentially custom and unpredictable on time and cost.
  • • You will see some items and/or steps worked and billed more than once during the custom process.
  • • Our simple zero deposit, time and materials, pay-as-you-go, work and bill weekly process is the most fair, honest, and
  • • transparent system nationwide, but it does NOT allow for any wiggle room on our end to give discounts or not bill
  • • anything, not one minute of labor time or a single part, supply or sublet expense.
  • • PLEASE remember that fact and work with us and pay your bill in a timely manner WEEKLY as billed.
  • • We can NOT continue to work on projects that are not paid and current on a consistent WEEKLY basis.
  • • If you get behind more than 2 invoices we will STOP working and store your vehicle until paid in full.
  • • Projects that move out of active production will go to the back of our waiting list once ready to continue.
  • • We cannot be responsible for previous work done by another shop and/or money you’re already spent.
  • • Full frame-off restorations are 1,500 to 2,000 labor hours and at least one calendar year minimum.
  • • DYNO WORK – You accept 100% liability and responsibility for any damage and expense resulting from
  • • DYNAMOMETER tuning. Including damage to your project, our facility, equipment, staff or anything else.
  • • 2 Weeks or 80 labor hours minimum will be worked and billed for Quality Control / QC prior to delivery.
  • • Rework, clean up, adjustment, touch up and all other labor and parts expense during QC will be billed.
  • • You will see some items and/or steps worked and billed more than once during the QC process.
  • • Things will go wrong during the restoration and/or QC process. Things may leak, break, not work out as planned or
  • • worse. This is part of the process. You will be billed for ALL labor and parts cost as needed.
  • • Occasionally parts, new or used, failing is part of the process. You will be billed for any resulting costs.
  • • We will be as fair as possible but again there is ZERO wiggle room for any giveaways at our rates.

  • WARRANTY:
  • • You will receive America’s ONLY FOREVER Restoration WARRANTY. See written warranty for details.
  • • There is NO warranty on unpaid work, invoices, incomplete or partial projects, or things we did not do.
  • • There is NO warranty on USED parts. You are responsible for all parts and labor costs if used parts fail.
  • • There is NO warranty on new parts that fail other than the original supplier. Time and Materials applies.
  • • There is NO warranty on projects that did not complete the Quality Control / QC process, billed and paid.

  • COMPLETION:
  • • Once your project is complete we will review together. Written appraisal for insurance available for $250.
  • • INACTIVE / HOLD – After 10-days notice storage fees of $75 inside / $25 outside per day will apply.
  • • Payment in full on final invoice is due PRIOR to vehicle release. We do NOT store vehicles on site.
  • • You hereby agree to sign our Vehicle Exit & Partial Work Completion Form prior to vehicle release.
  • • We don’t throw away old parts. They belong to you. We will return all old parts unless otherwise directed.
  • • At our discretion we can arrange for vehicle delivery back to you at your expense. Mgmt discretion.
  • • Oklahoma Law allows us to hold, title, and sell vehicles to recover any unpaid invoices, charges or fees.
  • • You hereby agree to allow us to use photos and/or videos for our marketing.
